Email with reply to "an issue" without link or way to find it

What issue are they talking about in the following email? I didn’t find any notification here on this forum. There is no link in the email (which is bad design).

I’m unsure why it showed no data in the email body - this was the bot reply after you’d sent the Windows desktop app feedback. We’ve spoken since, so please disregard it.
