High CPU for Toggl Track MacOS App

I couldn’t see any mention of this but I’ve been enjoying using Toggl for a few weeks now but have only just noticed now that the Toggl Track MacOS app is sitting using 100% (ie. 1 whole core) of the CPU all the time that it is open… even when no timers are running, nothing is animating in the window :frowning:

Has anyone else seen this and got any suggestions? I’m close to having to just quit the app and use the web page view which doesn’t suffer from this problem even though it displays much more information.

This is on MacOS Big Sur with my aging Macbook Pro 15" Retina Late 2013 which really can’t afford to lose a whole core to an idling app!

Thanks for your time
