Post Title: Man-days calculation

Your Question/Topic: Hi, I’m a freelancer and all my customers pay me by man-days, not by hours. I’m pretty sure this is quite common in IT, or at least here in CZ is. I would really love to see a built-in hour-to-manday “converter/calculator” in Toggl.

I imagine I would define somewhere in the Settings that

  1. a man day is e.g. 8 hours and…
  2. I want to use MD in reports/invoicing instead of or additional to hours

Currently I have to manually (Excel) recalculate all the hours in reports to man days (like 48:47 “hours” ≈ 6.1 MD and then use third-party invoice tools to create invoices with MD as quantity. It could also take the rounding in cosideration (e.g. 48:47 → 50 h → 6.25 MD).

Maybe it is already possible to do that somehow, in that case please point me in the right direction.
