I’m trying to figure out how to determine if a specific time entry has been billed. Are there any tools, features, or reports you recommend that could help with tracking this? I’d love any insights or tips you can share!
The most popular method for marking billed hours is by using Tags.
To make it happen add a “billed” or “invoiced” tag to whichever time entry you just invoiced. Tagging multiple entries isn’t a problem either because you can bulk edit data on the Detailed Report.

I appreciate your suggestion, but the challenge with using tags is that we cannot filter out all unbilled entries if other tags are in use. Currently, the toggle filter only allows us to filter entries with no tags or entries that have a specific tag. We are unable to filter entries that lack the “billed” tag.
Please let me know if you have any ideas for a workaround.
