Toggl Focus doesn’t have a built-in export feature at the moment, but we’re actively working on improving data export capabilities and hope to meet your needs better in the near future :slight_smile:

In the meantime, we’d love to understand your use case better. What type of analysis are you looking to do in Excel that you can’t currently do within Focus? This helps us prioritize which export features and data points would be most valuable when we build this out.

Are there specific reports or data visualizations you need, or do you need to combine Focus data with other tools for your workflow?

Thanks a lot for your response!

I’ve implemented a matrix tagging system with two dimensions: themes (e.g., Work, Study, Leisure, Health) and processes (e.g., Learning, Thinking, Planning, Execution). This allows me to track my time against combined categories for further analysis. For instance, I can break down my ‘Work’ theme to see how much time I spend on learning, thinking, planning, and executing.
