I cannot create a new client, edit a client, create or edit a project I get an error listed below. How do I fix?

I cannot create a new client or edit client name - I get an error:

Could not create client! RequestError: pq: nextval: reached maximum value of sequence “event_stream_sync_event_stream_id_seq” (2147483647)

I get the same error if I try to edit the name of an existing client.

I get the same error if I try to add a new project.

How to I fix this issue? I have searched with the error details and got no results.
