A big topic in consultancies is how to stop selling human hours and start selling value generated or outcomes. The model of billable hours is impossible to scale and weirdly rewards people for taking LONGER to get to results. Also, though we track billable hours in consulting, most projects are fixed price for all intents and purposes. I wonder if toggl could be part of a paradigm shift. Maybe there is a specific industry that is ready for it…
