I have a ‘master template’ I have used 10+ times to upload new clients and new projects to my account. I’m trying to do the import upload with my same template that has previously worked and today it’s not. It has uploaded the Client, but not all the projects for the Client. It says it’s “Uploading…” and then doesn’t do anything. Previously when doing this import upload, it’s almost instant that it’s uploaded and good to go. Any idea why today this is no longer working??
