Hi - this might be pretty simple, but I’m trying to understand if autotracking (like the time entries that the computer automatically records) are ONLY local, or there’s an option to sync them via the cloud. I use multiple computers and if I don’t add time entries on the computer the autotracking occurred on, I can’t see those autotracked entries and record them later when I’m on another computer, which is frustrating.

If you track time using AutoTracker on one of our desktop apps, those time entries are then synced to your account and should be visible across any devices you’re logged into the same account with.
By chance, are you looking at our Timeline feature (The Timeline feature)?
That’s probably the problem. My apologies - is the Timeline feature ONLY local only or can you sync it?
