Our workspace was frozen since we apparently needed to confirm a payment. However, during the operation, there was no notification that a confirmation was needed (earlier payments had gone through for years).
Also, we received no other communication that there was an outstanding unpaid invoice. Would have expected an email warning at least.
Then suddenly, like six hours ago, the workspace is frozen so no one can save time entries or edit any data.
We confirmed the payment, and the invoice status is now Paid, but we are still locked out.
Given the support expected answer time is one day, this will lead to quite some extra work for all of us
Someone knows a way to hurry things up?
