Same here. Just created an account to write this, email was there in seconds. The request for the 6-digit code to verify the email address immediately afterwards was unsuccessful, as it had been many times before. Regards joche

@Support I have been asking for a DM for this problem for 2 weeks. We cannot onboard a new staff member as they are not getting their email verification code. Is there anyone who can help??? This is a crazy way to keep asking for help for a basic question…
