No email verification code

Email verification code not sent:

This morning I have been asked for an email verification code. I have requested this three times, from different devices, have waited 5 minutes and re-requested from the same device - no email received.

Yes, I have my spam folder open. I signed up to the community to ask this question and got the registration email within 10 seconds.

I see this has been raised as an issue before but this is really frustrating.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Sorry for the trouble! Since you’ve already checked your spam folder and tried multiple devices, it’s possible that your email address might be on our bounce list, which could be preventing the verification email from reaching you.

I have the same issue. I have checked the local spam folder, as well as looked for any quarantined email. Unlike Ian, I had to use a different email to register for the community.

@SpeedyPS update It seems my email was on the ā€˜bounce list’ which is weird because they don’t have any issues charging me :wink:

Anyway, it was manually ā€˜unbounced’ and all is well again.

it seems I have the same issue, I have resent the code 2 times but I can’t recieve the code, can’t find it either in spam nor quarantined email. I also signed up for the community under a different email to send this message.

Any help would also be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I have the same issue. I have resent the reset code for two days now, yet I haven’t received it. I have checked my spam folder, and nothing there. I have the free plan of Toggl and have had no previous issues signing in. Actually, I have been signed in for months now until I was logged off automatically.

Hello - I am having the same issue that I never receive the emailed verification code. Will someone unbounce my email address too? I have checked my spam folder and tried to initiate the verification email from multiple devices with no luck.

I am having the same issue. I thought it was because I use an old ā€œhotmailā€ account, but it looks like a lot of folks are having the same issue.

I have the same issue: the verification code never came to my e-mail although I was able to register to Comunity with the same email. Can I ask for help?

I’m the same. Have been able to register here but cannot receive a verification code. How can I get it to work? Thanks! I have a number of projects being tracked so I don’t really want to open a new account with a different email.

Having the same issue as those above, also with a Hotmail address.
Looking back I see that the last email I got from toggl was in 2022, so my guess is at one point Hotmail rejected a batch of emails from toggl putting us all on the ā€œbouncedā€ list. @Veljko can you send me a DM or whatever is needed as well?
