Recovering data - how to do so when paid account runs out?

My paid subscription ran out - and my data was lost. I’d just like to see the recent data so I can switch back to tracking my time in excel - how can i do this?

I hope this is possible - seems kinda unfair to not be able to access our data.

Have you tried using the Settings > Data Export option to get a log of all your data?

Yes but the data seems to not be there any more - it doesn’t include the details of the tasks, just of the overall project. Having paid hundreds of euros for toggle over recent years I would really expect to be able to access this! any other solutions known?

Hi Leo: when a user reverts to a free plan, they are still able to get reporting on their time entries (available through the Reports tab) but any paid elements are hidden from view, as you are no longer paying to access those features. This would include elements like billable rates, tasks (sub-projects), etc.

It’s lame that it’s come to this, but you could purchase one more month of Toggl to export your data, and then let it expire after you get it all.
