A little bit of warning would have been great before removing features from one version of your app to another. I’ve been using the CSV export for years as the perfect tool to bill my clients for the time spent on their projects.
Suddenly I can’t use it anymore for all the data in the past, and I’m stuck with a pdf version that I have no use for and didn’t ask for.
I understand the will for change and go to a subscription based service for everyone to make money, but the transition could have been smoother.
