Remove completed projects from project picker

Hi

When I use the project picker on the timer page (on the top right) I still see projects that I haven’t booked on for months and are marked as completed (via the “timeframe” in “edit project”).

My expectation would be that the projects that I see in the project picker are a combination of uncompleted projects and projects that I’ve used in the last couple of weeks or months. But in this case, I last booked on the project at the end of 2025 and I still have to scroll past them every time I book time.

Please consider removing projects from the project picker if they:
a) are completed and
b) haven’t had any recent bookings

Hi, thanks for the feedback!

The best way to remove projects from the Timer page suggestions is to archive the projects you’re no longer using. This will hide them from the list without deleting any of the data associated with them.
