Report export / download missing charts or omitting billable duration

My reports download to PDF not working as expected: When I go to my monthly report and download > PDF, the report is excluding some charts with Billable Duration, or incl. the charts with Billable Duration but only showing the date.

The web view of the report is as I’ve had it form months. The problem is that the downloaded (PDF) version of the report doesn’t match.

I’ve seen someone else have an issue related to billing but not the same.

Is anyone else seeing this issue? Is this the best way to make the issue known to Toggl.Support Team (after trying the chat with support from Toggl - which is not working for me)
