Post Title: Can you create a pie chart by project color code?

Your Question/Topic: Hi all - my organisation uses color codes for different groups of projects. For example:

Client projects (15+) = white

Business development projects (5+) = orange

Internal projects (3) = pink

Internal admin (4) = blue

I would like to be able to create charts/reports that compare time spent by each ‘bucket’ of projects. In simple terms I’d like to have a pie chart that shows just the categories above with the hours accumulated in each, rather than have each project listed individually which makes the chart messy and not very helpful.

Any help gratefully received!

Heya Jack! Currently our Reports system doesn’t allow for custom grouping and color assignment of groups of projects, but it’s a great idea I can share with the team :slight_smile:
