I am on a free plan with another user. I am the organization admin and they are a member. I cannot see their time entries in any of the reports (even summary or detailed) no matter what I have tried. However, I see that the project they are working on has hours logged in the “admin overview” page. But if I go into reports and select the same projects, their hours do not show up.

So what’s the purpose of having teams in the free plan if the administrator cannot view anything about their team?
Having teams allows an admin better team management, assignment to shared projects, etc. Free team workspaces can more easily track to a shared set of projects and clients.
