I will share the feedback about adding attachments to tasks with our team, great idea to use links to files for the time being.
What I do not see is how to export time spent filtered by person, task, project, client, date period. How to get some excel and/or pdf file?
You can export your data in a csv format, here is how.
Also it would be probably important to my boss to have the feature to have the possibility to add a small note associated with some logged time. Something like “3h spent for on site training”.
In Toggl Focus, all logged time is associated with tasks - so if you name a task “Site training” and log 3 hours for it, maybe that could work? Alternatively, you could run a timer for as long as the training would take, or have a longer task and add a note that the site training took 3h out of it.
