I never post on these forums but I made an account just to express how much frustration your new product has caused. I was fully ready to use the Tasks/Goals/Plan + time tracking features so I imported my Toggl Track entries over and started planning out a few projects here. Well it deleted a bunch of my entries randomly!
This is outrageous, how is anyone supposed to rely on this type of product? Who gave the green light to launch this half baked product onto the market?
I should also note that aside from this, the product is just janky as a whole. Many keyboard shortcuts don’t work, the “desktop app” is literally just a Chrome web app, there’s no option to hide the Planned entries and just look at Logged on the calendar view, there are so many more I can’t even list. There wasn’t a single amount of testing that went into this product. My grandmother could literally vibe code a product better than this. If you guys would just use your actual product for one week before launching this, you would see how atrocious this thing is.
By the way, Toggl 2.0 is a terrible name.
I’ve been a huge fan of Toggl, but I will not be using Toggl products any longer.
