I switched to Toggl Focus on the 13th October and report worked like a charm since. Every project were showing as expected.
Since 6th November, report only shows some projects even though no filter is set. The projects shown contains tasks done and tasks still in progress as well.
The projects missing are showing with their logged time in My time but not in the report.
I’ve logged out and cleared my browser cache but it didn’t fix the problem.
Is it a bug? Did someone encountered the same problem?
Hi @Bree, thanks for reporting this! Our team is looking into the issue. Could you let me know if it’s still persisting, as we made some changes late last week that likely resolved it already?
Unfortunately the problem isn’t resolved.
The only tasks that are correctly shown are the ones logged after the 6th November.
I tried to delete and recreate some tasks that occured before the 6th November and they are now shown in the report but doing this is really tedious. I’ll give you more details in DM.
One more thing I’ve noticed is that filtering by client doesn’t work. It shows no project nor task, even projects/tasks created after the 6th November.
To give more context, I switched from Toggl Track and Plan to Focus on the 13th October and log directly in to Focus.

As I said, I’ve deleted and recreated some logged times for tasks (Salon Energaia project, for example) and they are now correctly displayed in the reports.
