I am logging in for first time in 2025. Toggl isn’t recognizing that I already have an account. When I try to create a new Client or Project, it says access denied.

Help! I have a dormant account. Tried to login and it said I didn’t exist. So I requested to reset password but no email, then it said I needed verification however no way to verify and now it says I have to wait 6 hours to try again. I tried clearing the cache, used 3 different search engines and nothing. Is there some way to create a new account?
