Track: Reports working intermittently, more not than working

I am on the free SKU and have been for years. I use the reporting to remind myself to put projects in, time for the previous month etc.

Over the last few months reports seem to be getting flaky. Often I’ll use a URL or select a criteria and I just get the swirling “doing” animation.

below is a number, not sure how sensitive it is:

So is it resource throttling, is there a problem, something I can do to fix my account?

Just tried in Firefox and it is fine, so this appears to be a Chrome issue. How can I help diagnose the problem?

I finished my reporting in firefox, so back to chrome, re-logged into track and on normal logging time live (i.e. timer going), I noticed (and it has been this way for ages) that the little graph below the timer is permanently “hourglassed”

Heya Jac! Looks like that may be our older report URLs; if you’re using them as bookmarks, I’d recommend creating a new report in the Reports tab, then bookmarking that new Report URL and lemme know how that gets on!

Maybe once I “break” it with a legacy URL, then it stays broken for the rest of the session. I have a bunch of URLs that save me time and I keep in oneNote - e.g. start overhead timer for “start of day” with project and narrative….. Time without Client assigned this month….. I’ll go through and fix them and get back to this thread with an update.
