Trying to switch from annual to monthly billing but it hangs

Tried several times to switch from an annual to monthly payment, but always get stuck on this screen.

Can’t find any way to contact support directly!

Have been a paying customer for years - love the product - but joining another business who already have another subscription, so don’t want to pay for a full year.

Hey! You’re on the monthly plan now, but the card is being declined. You should have the invoice in your email, could you pay it manually please?
