I just upgraded my account from the free to the starter plan and was charged the full annual rate. I’ve now realised that I actually need the Premium plan to use the features that I need. I’ve clicked on change plan > switch to Premium and it says I have moved plan, however I’m unsure how/when I will be charged for the change, and whether I’ll be charged the full amount or just the difference between what I paid earlier. It didn’t give me an option to choose between monthly or annual, just a single click button to change.
Could someone please reach out to me to discuss? I don’t seem to have a chatbox pop-up option available to speak to support.

In general, when you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you instantly get access to Premium features, but you will be charged after the first monthly period of your annual plan is done. What you already paid for Starter will be taken into account, and the charge will be prorated based on unused time on the Starter plan versus remaining time on the Premium plan in your annual cycle.
Considering you started your annual subscription in December, the charge will occur in January, on the same date you began the annual cycle.
