During the Windows onboarding, I accepted the Toggl 2.0 terms only for the organization I initially selected. My second organization then showed “0 members” and Toggl 2.0 was completely missing, with no explanation or activation option.
I eventually discovered that clicking an upgrade plan triggered the Terms of Service prompt for that organization. After accepting the terms—without completing the purchase—Toggl 2.0 appeared and worked on the Free plan.
Please add a clear “Enable Toggl 2.0 / Accept Terms” prompt for every organization. The current flow made the issue look like a billing or permissions problem and cost me about 30 minutes of troubleshooting.
