Hello - We have 2 Toggl users in my organization. We can make our own entries, and seem to have all preferences on to see / share each other’s information, but we still cannot see each other’s information and we don’t understand why.

Yes, in Toggl, we have it set up so both of the 2 users are in the same Organization and in the same Workspace.
We are both set up as Administrators for the Workspace.
Ironically, I can see in “Organization Overview” both members, and I can see a general summary of the hours worked per day / per week, but I cannot see the detailed entries (e.g. 1 hour on Project A, 2 hours on Project B).
And most importantly, neither of us can see each other’s daily entries as the day goes along, which is exactly what we are trying to do. Any further suggestions would be welcome!
Hi @elih, are you perhaps looking at the Timer page (the default page when you log into Toggl Track) to try and see each other’s entries? The Timer page is individual-based, and you can only see your own time entries there. To see time entries of other users, you need to go to the Reports page, specifically the Detailed one, if you want to see every single entry logged for the day.
