I am the Organization Admin on Toggl for my team, and we’ve encountered an issue with one of our users who is trying to add a time entry. The entry is showing up as “Restricted,” and the user is unable to delete or move it. On the backend, I can delete the time entry under Reports, but I would like to understand how to resolve this issue on the user’s end. The project they are assigning the task to is still active, and the entries are not locked. Also, having issues with having to constantly refresh for entries to save. Any advice?
