Post Title: Using Get workspace projects with Toggl Track connector in Copilot Studio returns HTTP 400 while REST API works

Your Question/Topic: Hello,

I am integrating the Toggl Track API into Copilot Studio using the Toggl Track (Independent Publisher) connector and I am encountering an issue with the action Get workspace projects.

The call works correctly when I use the Toggl REST API directly from Power Automate Desktop, but it fails when executed through Copilot Studio.

Other actions from the same connector are working correctly in Copilot Studio, including:

  • Get Clients

  • Get Entries

So the API connection and authentication appear to be functioning properly.

Configuration used in Copilot Studio:

Pinned: false
Sort Order: asc
Sort Field: name
Only Templates: false

When the action runs, I receive the following error:

HTTP 400 – Connector request failure
Toggl Track (Independent Publisher)
Conversation ID: de01e6db-3346-4571-a6fa-fcb89d099e1b

The same request works correctly when executed via a REST call in Power Automate Desktop, using the same workspace and API token.

My questions:

  1. Is there a known issue with the Get workspace projects action in the Toggl Track connector used in Copilot Studio?

  2. Could this be caused by an incorrect parameter configuration in Copilot Studio?

  3. Is there any difference in how Copilot Studio sends parameters compared to a direct REST API call?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
