Why is my Billable Hours and Total Amount no longer showing in my Reports?

Also, I can no longer sort my Project by Tags.

Some features say that i need to be on a Starter plan .. i am on Starter.

They just changed a bunch of the features or what? Billable hours aren’t showing, amount either. Can’t export in XLSX, only PDF and CSV. I hope this is just a bug.

Hello! This issue should be solved already and a quick browser refresh should be all that’s needed. Can you attempt a refresh and let us know if that’s helped?

Hello! Our team has solved this issue and they’ve noted that a hard refresh of your browser should do the trick. To run a hard refresh, use CTRL+F5 (Windows) or COMMAND+SHIFT+R (Mac).

Hi, I’m completely unable to access my Reports, keeps spinning indefinitely and not loading. I urgently need access to this data. I have tried a hard reload, that has not resolved the issue. I tried “Chat with support” under the help icon in the sidebar, but that doesn’t work either.

I tried a hard reset but I’m still having trouble creating new projects. I have a starter plan but when I try to mark a project as billable or add a time estimate, it says those are starter features.

@amy_anderson @Alex_Cordy Our team has heard from other users in the last hour that a hard refresh has worked now. Can you try once more?

I’ve done a hard reload and it is working for me now, thanks for following up.
