I’ve recently started using Toggl Track for my consulting business, but I quickly hit a wall: a “Report view limit.” It seems I only have 30 views available, and even simple things like refreshing the page or changing a date filter count toward this total.
Is this a permanent restriction for all new users? Or is it a temporary limit that “unlocks” or goes away after a few months of active use?
The 30 report views per month limit applies to new organisations on the Free plan. This is a built-in restriction for the Free plan, so it’s a permanent limit rather than something that unlocks over time.
To clarify what counts toward this limit: page refreshes, changing date filters, and other interactions with your reports all count as views. This means the limit can be reached fairly quickly depending on how often you’re checking your reports.
If you need more frequent access to reports without hitting this limit, upgrading to a paid plan would remove this restriction. The Free plan is designed with this limitation as part of its structure, so the only way around it is through a plan upgrade.
