I support this. What I find quite non user friendly way how it consumes tokens. Switching between the two tabs consumes 3 tokens…
Additionally, there is also no grace period (or I’m not aware of any communication to me as the user) where I would be soft blocked or whatsoever. So now I ended up with reports being blocked for me after one day for the whole month. I’m even not able to do any export to at least process my invoicing manually which I consider as quite bad.
All from now on, I need to change my workflow completely since I depend quite a lot on the tracking of time and do not overspend the hours. Hope how this new feature works will be revisited and it will be returned to the previous state.
Hi! Our apologies. The new report limits only apply to new users. You definitely should not have had the limit apply to you. Our team is working on a fix. I’m going to reset the quota for both of your for now, since the fix will be released next week.

Secondly, is it confirmed that new users will permanently have this limitation?
I’ve always encouraged people around me to use Toggl Track for personal time tracking.
However, if new users are limited in viewing reports, it would be unfortunate. It would discourage them from getting started with the tool in the first place.
I’m glad to hear that this should only apply to new users (although I think it would be better if it did not apply at all). I have also been using Toggl for years on the free plan for my personal needs, and have been very happy with the tool. I am now however also being limited in my report views, which makes Toggl unusable for me - can you also correct the setting on my account please?
I was so disappointed to be locked out of reports just now, having not realized I was using up my “30 views”. I was not warned, and was in the process of clicking through multiple months to compare times. I used toggl every single day from the beginning of 2025 until now, and Reports is the number 1 most helpful tool for me (and now I cannot use it for a whole month). Please, please, please change it back so that I can continue using this tool–I’ve not been this committed to using anything else before.
I have been advised by your Admin / Socials Team (via LinkedIn, see below) to contact you here and request that my quota be reset (regarding the limitations on screen refresh) until the issue is resolved for existing users.
The email login that I use for communities is the same as my Toggl Track login.
