Your Question/Topic: As of today - all Time Entry Data is missing from Toggl. How do I get it restored?
Hi Kim! Are you looking for your own tracked data, or a team member’s?
A team member. Her time entries were there yesterday but we can’t see any of it now.
Can the user view their own time if they run a report themselves?
She can’t see any of her time entries.
It appears you’ve removed the user from your workspace. I’ve restored them, which should let them report on their own time entries.
Please have them refresh their browser.
