Importing an Export

I’m reasonably new to toggle and I’ve been tasked to look into some integrations, long story short I’ve created an independent trial account so we can trial premium, however the problem is testing with an empty data set.

I’ve found that there is an export function, however this only seems to be in json format and the import function expects csv.

Does anyone know if there is either a way to export as csv, or even a method to easily convert all these json files into an importable csv?

Hi Josh,

there is a way to export time entries as CSV directly within Toggl Track from Reports tab. Select Export in upper right corner and from there a “Download CSV” option.

Additionally, Workspace Settings has a “Data export” section where you can also export your time entries from in CSV format, by selecting “Export time entries” option.
