Troubleshoot: download a csv

My co-workers and I all have our own free Toggle Track accounts. I can download a report in a csv format and they can not. The option is not available to them. Is downloading a csv report not offered in the free version? Could I be grandfathered in from years ago??

Download as CSV has become a premium option:

Export
Click on the Export button on the upper-right to download the report as a PDF, CSV or Excel file. Please note, CSV and Excel exports are a paid plan feature. We also offer legacy export formats for this report.
