Lately, I have been experiencing issues with syncing appointments to Toggl. Other colleagues have experienced the same. We use Google to set up our appointments, and we can view other colleagues’ appointments too. Now it appears that these appointments are getting tracked in my Toggl, which is only connected to my Google account.

Thanks for flagging this! We’ve recently made some behind-the-scenes updates to how calendar events are handled in Track to ensure everything behaves as expected.
If you noticed any unusual calendar-based entries, things should now be back to normal. You can safely delete any entries that don’t seem relevant — they won’t return.
To clarify: there was a temporary issue where calendar filtering wasn’t applied correctly, meaning events from calendars you already had access to in your Google account may have shown up, even if they weren’t explicitly selected. That’s now fixed.
We’re continuing to improve how calendar integrations work to make things smoother and more intuitive in the future.
