[BUG] New projects do not appear in reports

Time entries linked to new projects created after 2025/28/11 show as “Without project” in Reports. Please fix! @Support

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create a new projet named “Test”
  2. Track time and link the entry to this project
  3. Go to reports.

EXPECTED:

  1. The entry should appear under “Test”

CURRENT BEHAVIOR:

  1. The entry appears under “Without Project”

Same issue here. Hopefully this can be resolved soon as data from reports are needed tomorrow (1st of the month).

We have the same issue. I hope the problem will be resolved shortly, as all our reports are false due to the majority of the entries being under “without project”.

Thanks for reporting this! Our team is investigating the project issue right now. I’ll update this thread as soon as we’ve released a fix.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing in the meantime - we appreciate your patience whilst we work on resolving it!

Same, but my last project created was on 11/25/2025 which shows “without project”.

Hi everyone, can anyone confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? A fix was rolled out recently to resolve it.

I am still experiencing this issue and cannot run reports for new projects

I have a similar bug (cross posting from similar thread)

They enter in the report in a no-time category too.

In my case, definitely a bug.

I am having the same issue. A project created on 11/30, with logged hours assigned to that project. In reports those hours show up as “without project”. This basically renders reports and project tracking useless to us. Major issue, hope it is resolved quickly!

I am still experiencing the issue. This happens across all projects, imported from Toggle Track or newly created projects inside Toggle Focus.

Also the day set to be the beginning of the week day in the settings is not respected in the my time area. No matter which day I choose it will always started counting this week as starting on Sunday.

I resolved the issue by deleting the project, leaving time entries unassigned, then recreating a new project and reassigning the time entries. Now reports is showing everything correctly. and there are no hours “without project”

Hi all, thank you @mszabo for the idea. When pursuing this, I actually resolved the issue by just modifying the description slightly so that the entries are refreshed. I just added a space at the end of the problematic descriptions and each of them refreshed with the appropriate project. I suspect it has the same effect as @mzabo’s idea to re-assign the project but without as much legwork.

I assume this is all due to some back-end fixing in the meantime, so appreciate the Toggl team’s prompt attention.

I am having the same issue and it’s been going on for several days now.

Great suggestion! This seems to have worked for me.
