Newly Created Projects - Do not Appear in Reports

Older projects that I have created months ago, when assigned to time entries appear in my reports.

However newly created projects, for existing clients, when assigned to time entries… Do appear in reports but not under the new project category. They appear in the “no project” category.

Is this a bug?

I have a similar bug:

They enter in the report in a no-time category too.

In my case, definitely a bug.

When I try to assign a project from the summaries page, the icon for the project appears and then it goes away. Another bug.
