Post Title: Can’t log in to iOS app

Your Question/Topic: I was auto logged out of the iOS app yesterday. I could not log back in. After entering my email and PW and hitting enter, the login page just reloads with the email and pw field cleared. PW is fine. Can log in on website. Tried on another iPhone, same issue. Deleted app, restarted phone, reinstalled app, same issue. Reset pw, same issue.

Heya! If I understand correctly you can log in without issues on your iOS browser on that same device?

Yes, I can log in through the browser. I just can’t log in to the app.

I have the same issue on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 17.7.2.

I got signed out and haven’t been able to sign in again after manually updating the app to version 6.8.0.

I have the same issue: I can log in with a browser, but not with the app (in iOS 18.1.1). I tried logging out, resetting my password,… Thank you for your help :slight_smile: !

I just manually updated the iOS app to version 6.8.0, I was automatically logged out, and I can’t log back in. My email and password are correct, and I’m able to log in just fine on the desktop app, in the desktop browser, and in the iPhone browser. I’m not using a VPN or anything like that, and my iPhone SE is running iOS 18.1.1. The iOS app gives me a pop-up box with code / an error message — it appears to be a json file. I’ve attempted to attach a screenshot of it below.

Hey there!
If you are seeing a session_id error, the logging in issue is being caused by a cookie setting on your end, here’s how you can change it.

Open Settings on iOS > Click on Safari under your apps list > scroll down and click on Advanced > Disable “Block All Cookies”

Hi there!
Thanks for the hint with the cookies. For me it was another extension that blocks ads. With that extension deactivated I could log in again.
iOS 18.1.1 iPhone 15 and App Version 6.8.0
