I got a new MacBook and when I try to open the desktop app, I get an error message from Apple (“quit unexpectedly”). The desktop app still opens fine on my old MacBook and on my iMac. I can still use the web version and the iPhone version too. I trashed the app and redownloaded it, but it still won’t open.

Halo! How was it solved? I have the same issue for both my Desktop (Windows 10) and my phone app (Android).
