Post Title: Cannot sign into companion apps (iOS/macOS)

I signed up for toggl yesterday on the web, which worked fine. However, whenever I try to use the macOS and iOS companion apps and sign in, I get an error:
“Oops, something went wrong. Invalid full sync response received.”
