Toggl Track fails to sync, fails to login, error message says “You’re offline” (macOS)

I logged out of the Toggl Track macOS desktop app this morning after it failed to sync several times. Now on trying to login, the app returns this error message:

“Something went wrong. Please try again

You’re offline. Please connect to the internet and try again.”

My laptop is definitely connected to the internet (I’m using it to post this, and I can log in to the Toggl Track web via Firefox).

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

I’m on Toggl Track version 10.15.0 (2986)

and on macOS Ventura Version 13.6.9 (it’s a corporate managed device…)

Heya Scott! I’d actually recommend double-checking your management with the device, as your device management policies may be preventing the app from connecting.
