Cannot stop task using shortcuts in windows desktop app

I’ve tried using global shortcuts and the shortcuts when the Toggl app is focused. None of the shortcuts are working for stopping a running task timer. Even when I have the Toggl app focused and a timer is running, pressing Ctrl-S does nothing (the timer keeps running). The only way to stop the timer is to click the stop button.

The other shortcuts are working fine (e.g. the global shortcut to focus Toggl and global shortcut to start timer are both working). I tried changing the global shortcuts in various ways but the result was the same. I just installed Toggl for Windows and it is updated to the latest version (10.11.1).

Clicking the Toggl icon in the System Tray and selecting Stop from the menu also doesn’t work.

Meanwhile the Stop button underneath in the Taskbar preview does work.

I tried several different shortcuts. All the shortcuts I tried work fine for Show/Hide and for starting the timer, but nothing worked to stop the timer.

The Toggl task stop shortcuts have started working. I don’t know why. I’m still on the same version of Toggl but I have rebooted since installing Toggl so perhaps that fixed it.
