Windows Toggl App: How to make the mini timer NOT stay on top of other windows?

I’ve set my preferences in the app to “OFF” for “Keep Toggl on top of other windows” and this works for the app, but not for the mini-timer.

Am I doing something wrong (I don’t think so) or could this option please be implemented.
