I invited the other members, but they don’t appear as invited or as members. They accepted, but got an error and I can’t remove them. If I try to invite them again, it says they are already invited to the organization (and a number appears).
We are 15, only 2 in the same organization in a paid susbcription.

I’m getting a similar issue whereby one of my members who when I reactivated, is not being added to the workspace.
Here is a screenshot.
There is no place to assign him to the workspace, or set his role. I’ve tried via the new admin dashboard as well.

Could you confirm if you have the Admin Console showing in the bottom left corner in the sidebar and what the user role is on that page? If you don’t see that option, please let us know.

I do have the admin console, and there is currently a ‘-’ in Mikes user role. It won’t let me assign a role to him, even when I edit that user on the admin console.

We resolved this issue on our end, can you have the user refresh the webapp and check if they have access to your organization now?
