Can't log in or reset password

Heya! Can you check your spam folder for your password reset email?

@Support I was invited to a team, when I click the invite link it brings me to a login screen, asking for password. Since I have not created an account, I do not have a password. I’ve repeatedly tried to “reset password” (enter the email - it does not send any links), now when I try to reset password, it says it looks suspicious and sent me here, to the Community. I had to create an account for the Community, but apparently that isnt the same as the products??? Please help.
