Can't receive "Your Toggl Code" verification email when signing up main Toggl account, stuck on "Verification required. Please try again."

Hello,

I’m trying to register a main Toggl account with my 163.com email address.

The page keeps showing the error: Verification required. Please try again.

I never receive the verification email titled “Your Toggl Code” for registration.

I can receive emails from Toggl Community normally, so my mailbox can get messages from Toggl.

I have checked spam folder and searched the inbox, there is no target verification mail.

Please help me resolve this registration issue. Thank you.

Hi! It looks like our recaptcha is not loading for you. Can you confirm the same happens in a different browser/incognito mode and with/without VPN?

I’ve attempted to access this via several different browsers, but I still haven’t received the verification message and the prompt above keeps appearing.

The above error message keeps popping up constantly. When I tried logging in with Google, the page failed to load and showed an error. I don’t have a relevant Apple phone number, and registering via email keeps triggering the error shown above.

Hello there support team, same thing happened to me as well in a different context. My account with the email yannick.kabagema25snhu@keplercollege.ac.rw was locked and whenever i try to reset the password,as instructed by the Toggle Knowledge base to make sure i can login again; It has the exact same message whenever I enter a new password: Verification required. Please try again. I have no idea what it means and no idea how to move forward. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
