Client Project Report with subtotals

Have been using Toggl for a couple of years but always get tripped up with reporting. I need to provide most clients with a timesheet report with projects and subtotals for projects in a pdf that is then attached to a QBO invoice. I believe I used to be able to sort entries by project and then date and attach it. Is this possible? Thanks for any hints to make this easier, especially with the new reporting changes.
