Just letting the Toggl team know that my employer asked me to use Toggl for several years, then switched to his own time-keeping site. I’ve continued to use Toggl for a backup, but will stop, forever, at the end of this month.
Why?
Because a giant COOKIES popup blocks my screen before I can even choose the sign-in method, then pops up AGAIN after I’ve signed in (I always use Google Chrome in Incognito mode).
I’m not asking for help, advice, or feedback.
Toggl does not get to store cookies on my computer, end of story.
I’m simply saying I’m through with Toggl and its awful cookie popups forever. If everybody stopped using a site when it devises disastrous tactics like this, sites would stop doing such things.
