Slowness: Time : Select Project and Loading the projects list to associate projet to a task and saving task with associated project

Hi Support

I noticed a sharp detoration of services when working on timer.
Three events are particulierly slow:
One: do a research of project to select a project to a task. The population of the list of project so we can select one takes 1-3 minutes
Two: loading the list of pinned projects. Takes also 1-3 minutes and sometimes timeout
Three: Saving an entry with a project. Just clicking on save take also 1-2 minutes

This happen mostly during rush hours (much worse), but the rest of the day too.
To the point that toggl is almost unusable just to entrying the time.

I am using the free plan.

Thank you for reaching out! Do you happen to have a lot of projects within your workspace? Also, does this issue persist when attempting to use the timer in your browser’s incognito mode?

Yes (incognito). But it seems that it got fixed last week

I’m running into the same issue on my Chrome browser. However, in my case it works good on Chrome Incognito and other browsers. I tried deleting all the cache and history data on Chrome, but it didn’t fix it. Is there anything I can do to fix it in Chrome?

Same symptoms today. Deleted all cookies. And it fixed my issues.

I deleted all the on-device site data from chrome including:
(put a space, otherwise this would insert uncessary links)

Data from the site you’re visiting

Data from Embeded sites:
consentcnd.cookie. com
js.stripe. com
m.stripe. com
m.stripe. network
www.googletagmanager. com

Hi Support

By the way, the Google calendar synchronization was not working too before I cleared the cookies.

So clearing cookies fixed: google calendar & drop list to select a project
